In Internet Explorer 8

1. Tools - Internet Option -Privacy tab

Bring the drop down to lowermost n settings (Accept all cookies)

2. Tools > Internet Option > Privacy

Disable Turn on Pop blocker3. Tools > Internet Option > Advanced > Click Reset

then Apply OK.

In mozilla browser

Tools > Option > Content > Disable turn popup windows

Tools > Option > Security > Disable Block up reported sites

Tools > Option > Security > Disable Block reported web forgeries

then Apply OK.

Note: Restart your Browser after the settings had been done
